Overview of active users

Show active users per company and jump directly to roles and workflows.

Step-by-step guide

Check prerequisites

  • Plan: Plus or Max

  • Role: Administrator

  • Availability: At least two companies

Note: You only see users from companies where you have admin rights.

Show active users

  • Open Centralized user management under Settings → User management.

  • Set the filter Status = Active.

  • Candis shows all active users from organizations where you have administrator rights.

Note: Roles and status apply per company.

Read user details

  • For each user, you see the list of companies where the user is active.

  • For each company, you see the user’s assigned role.

Change roles or user data

  • Click the company name for the desired user.

  • Candis opens user editing for that specific company in a new tab.

  • Adjust the role or other details and save.

Note: Changes apply only to the opened company.


View involvements and jump directly

  • In a user’s row, you see involvements per company, e.g., Workflows (x).

  • Click Workflows (x) to open Company → Settings → Workflows in a new tab.

  • Candis automatically sets a filter that shows only workflows involving this user.


Examples

  • Review and adjust roles: Filter Status = Active, pick the company for the user, open user editing, and change the role.

  • Find a user’s workflows: Click Workflows (x) for the user to open the filtered workflow list of that organization immediately.
