Step-by-step guide

Check prerequisites

  • Plan: Plus or Max

  • Role: Administrator

  • Availability: At least two companies

Note: You only see users from companies where you have admin rights.

Open the centralized user list

  • Click the company name at the top left.

  • Open the company selector.

  • Click Centralized user management at the bottom.

  • Candis shows the centralized list under Settings → User management.
    Search and filter users

    • Use the search to find users in the centralized list.

    • Set filters for Company, Role, and Status.

    • Available Status values: Active, Inactive, Pending.

Understand roles and status per company

    • Roles and status apply per company.

    • A user can be Active in Company A and Inactive in Company B.

    • With Status = Active, the user appears for Company A; with Status = Inactive, for Company B.

    • Actions (e.g., Deactivate) always apply to the company from whose list entry you opened the user.

    Examples

    • Review open invitations: Set Status = Pending to see all invites not yet accepted across your companies.

    • Track status per company: If a person appears in different status lists per company, open the correct entry to update the right company.
