Prerequisite: Book the credit card package
To apply for Candis credit cards, you first need to have the corresponding package booked.
Note: If you are not sure whether your package includes credit cards, reach out to the Candis Growth Team. The Growth Team will check your booking and let you know what the next steps are.
Step 1: Open the registration form
Once the credit card package is active for your company, you can find the registration form in two places in Candis:
In the Dashboard under the credit cards section
In Settings under the Credit Cards section
Open the form to start the registration with the credit card provider Pliant.
Step 2: Fill out and submit the form
Fill out the registration form completely and accurately. The form includes information such as:
Company data (e.g. founding year, last annual revenue, number of employees)
Details about the applicant
Submit the form using the Continue to company data button.
Make sure to fill in all required fields correctly. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay the review process.
Step 3: Wait for Pliant to complete the review
Once you submit the form, Pliant will start the review process. Pliant will request additional documents from you during the process. Once the review is complete, you will receive a notification.
