Credit Card Multi-Account Feature

With the Multi-Account feature, you can use a single Pliant credit card account with an approved credit limit across multiple Candis organizations.

Each organization receives its own cards and budgets – with no visibility into the others.
Important: Only the main account has a credit limit. All subaccounts can only be used with preloaded wallet balances.

This feature is especially useful for companies that manage a central main account but want to allocate expenses across multiple projects or subsidiaries.

This feature is only available for customers on the Credit Card Pro plan.

Benefits of the Multi-Account Feature

  • Only one verification process: You only need to complete the GWG/KYC process and credit limit approval with Pliant once – for the main account.

  • One account, multiple organizations: The approved limit of your main Pliant account can be used across multiple Candis organizations.

  • Separate organizations within Candis: Cards and limits are clearly separated. Each organization only sees its own cards and expenses.

  • Subaccounts without credit limits: Subaccounts do not have their own credit limits. They can only be used with preloaded wallet balances.

Activating the Multi-Account Feature

Setup is done in collaboration with Pliant Support and the Candis team.

1. Activate Multi-Account Feature in Candis

  • Submit a request to Candis

  • Wait for confirmation

2. Create Subaccounts in Pliant

  • Set up the desired subaccounts within the Pliant platform

  • After a few days, you will receive confirmation from Pliant along with an IBAN for each subaccount

3. Link with Candis

  • Inform the Candis Support team of the exact name of the subaccount in Pliant and the associated Candis organization

  • After verification, the subaccount will be activated in Candis

4. Fund the Subaccounts

Since subaccounts do not have their own credit limits, they must be funded first:

  • Transfer the desired amount to the IBAN of the subaccount

  • The subaccount becomes active once the funds are received

Notes & Common Pitfalls

  • Main account has credit line, subaccounts only use wallet funds: The credit line applies only to the main account. Subaccounts can only operate with preloaded funds.

  • No card overlap between organizations: Cards belonging to one organization are not visible in others.

  • Activation may take time: Subaccount activation depends on IBAN assignment and fund transfer, which may cause delays.
