Transfer Candis credit card balance
You can top up your Candis credit card balance or settle outstanding amounts at any time by bank transfer – regardless of whether you use a credit line or prepaid balance. Each organization has its own dedicated bank account with Pliant’s partner bank.
Find the IBAN
Open Credit Cards.
Click Billing and shipping.
Scroll to the Bank account section and copy the IBAN.
Transfer the funds
Transfer the desired amount from your bank account to the copied IBAN.
Tip: You do not need to add a payment reference, as the IBAN is uniquely assigned to your organization. A standard SEPA transfer usually takes 1–3 business days. SEPA instant transfers may arrive on the same day.
