Customers can top up or transfer funds to their Candis credit card balance at any time. This applies to both customers with a credit line and those with prepaid credit. Each credit card customer or business has its own bank account (with Varengold Bank).
Here's how:
1. Click on the "Credit Cards" tab in the menu on the left.
2. Click on "Billing and Shipping" in the upper right corner.
3. In the menu below, scroll down to see the IBAN.
4. Transfer the desired amount from your bank account to the IBAN account.
Note:
Since this is a personal account, no payment reference is required. Transfers can take 1–3 business days. However, with instant transfers (SEPA), the funds can arrive on the same day.
