With a virtual or physical Candis credit card, all credit card transactions are automatically transferred to Candis in real time. In this article, you will learn where to find your credit card transactions and how to add receipts.

How do credit card transactions reach Candis?

As soon as you order a Candis credit card, Candis automatically links the card to your Candis account.

Candis transfers every credit card transaction to your account in real time.

You can see:

  • Posted transactions

  • Pending transactions

  • Declined transactions

Pending or declined transactions also appear in the transaction overview. This way, you always have full visibility of all card activity.

Where can you find your credit card transactions?

You can find your credit card transactions in Candis in the Inbox and the Archive, each under the Transactions tab.

  • Inbox → Transactions
Here, you see all credit card transactions that do not yet have a receipt assigned.
Use this section to add missing receipts.

  • Archive → Transactions
Here, you see all credit card transactions, regardless of whether a receipt is linked or not.
Use this section to review processed or completed transactions.

  • Credit card → Transactions
Select a specific credit card and open the Transactions tab to view the transaction list for that card.

This allows you to quickly distinguish between open and fully documented credit card transactions.

What actions are available for credit card transactions?

In the detailed view of a credit card transaction, you can perform the following actions:

  • Link an invoice

You can link an existing invoice to the credit card transaction or upload a new invoice.

You will find a step-by-step guide in the corresponding article.

  • Mark as “No invoice required”

If a credit card transaction does not require a receipt, you can mark it accordingly.
After marking the transaction as No invoice required, it will no longer appear as open in the Inbox.
