At the end of each month, Pliant calculates the total amount of chargeable 2% foreign currency fees (TX-Fee) for transactions and directly charges this amount from the customer’s account.

This is how the fees appear in Candis:

  1. Transaction in Candis:
The payment is executed immediately and appears in Candis as a standard transaction.

  2. Automatic invoice sync:
Once charged, Pliant issues an invoice. This invoice is automatically synchronized into Candis.

  3. Assigned card:
All fee-related transactions are processed through a dedicated card — the "Pliant Platform Fee Card."

Special characteristics of this card:

  • Merchant name: Always listed as “Pliant GmbH”

  • Ownership: Linked to the primary card manager registered in Pliant

  • Transferable: Can be reassigned if the main card manager changes

  • Restricted use: This card is only visible and usable for Pliant fee transactions

When opening the card, customers get a clear overview of all fees charged to date.
