At the end of each month, Pliant calculates the total amount of chargeable 2% foreign currency fees (TX-Fee) for transactions and directly charges this amount from the customer’s account.

The payment is executed immediately and appears in Candis as a standard transaction.
Automatic invoice sync:
Once charged, Pliant issues an invoice. This invoice is automatically synchronized into Candis.Assigned card:
All fee-related transactions are processed through a dedicated card — the "Pliant Platform Fee Card."
Special characteristics of this card:
Merchant name: Always listed as “Pliant GmbH”
Ownership: Linked to the primary card manager registered in Pliant
Transferable: Can be reassigned if the main card manager changes
Restricted use: This card is only visible and usable for Pliant fee transactions
When opening the card, customers get a clear overview of all fees charged to date.
