With the "Kassenbuch online" application, you manage a cash ledger in DATEV Unternehmen online. Candis lets you import your documents directly into "Kassenbuch online." This article explains how you establish this connection and what you need to consider when processing.
Connect to Kassenbuch online
In Candis, you find the submenu DATEV integration under the menu item Settings.
If Document data (Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0) is activated, Candis displays the Cash Ledger entry.
Click the right slider to check your settings in Kassenbuch online:
If the fiscal year in the journal isn't up to date, you need to complete the annual takeover.
If the cash ledger in Candis doesn't have an account number added yet, assign the correct one in Kassenbuch online.
Note: If any of these checks fail, Candis doesn't activate the cash ledger.
