In Candis, we have the export methods Belegbilderservice and Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0. In order to use these, your DATEV Unternehmen online must first be connected to Candis.
Belegbilderservice
The Belegbilderservice is used for document types that:
Neither "Rechnungseingang" nor "Rechnungsausgang" are and
Document types that are not imported directly into the cash ledger.
For all documents, if the Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0 is not activated.
In Settings → DATEV integration you see the switch Document data being inactive.
With this export, only the document images are exported with a summary (current document data and change history).
Further processing in DATEV Unternehmen online
The exported invoices can be found in DATEV Unternehmen online, just like after the invoice upload, in the Belege erfassen menu. They were exported without the document data already entered in Candis.
