Warnings
An unknown warning has occurred.
A warning does not prevent further work. Either individual fields have not been transferred or the documents already exist in DATEV.
We are constantly endeavouring to recognise new warnings and convert them into new warnings.
Please report this warning to Support. If possible, please include any information that will make it easier for us to create a new warning.
P101: The documents you exported are already in DATEV Unternehmen online.
P102: Not all data could be transferred. The length of the account or account of the contact does not match the details in DATEV.
The length of the account or account of the contact does not match the "Rechnungseingangsbuch" or document processing form "Erweitert" for incoming invoices.
P103: The organisation term is not created in the invoice receipt book or the "Extended" document processing form for incoming invoices.

E101: The export has failed due to missing user information of the approver. Please resubmit the affected document for approval.
E102: The export failed due to an internal error. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact our support.
E103: The export has failed due to an internal error. Please contact our support.
E104: The currency of the document is not allowed for that type. Please change it to EUR and try again.
E105: The export failed because the type of some documents is not supported for this export method.
E106: The export failed due to an invalid invoice date. Please check the affected documents and try again.
E107: The export failed due to a different G/L account length. Please check the affected documents and try again.
E108: The export has failed due to a missing contact. Please check the affected documents and try again.
E109: The export has failed because the payable account number is missing or invalid. Please check the affected documents and try again.
E110: The export has failed because the receivable account number is missing or invalid. Please check the affected documents and try again.
E111: The export has failed because the posting does not exist or can no longer be exported. Please check the affected posting and try again.
E112: The export failed due to a missing invoice number. Please check the affected documents and try again.
E113: The export has failed due to an invalid tax rate. Please check the affected documents and try again.
E114: The export failed due to an encrypted PDF file.
Cause: With this export method, the PDF of the audit trail and that of the invoice are merged. This is not possible with encrypted PDF files.
Solution: Please ensure that no encrypted PDF files are uploaded if you are using the ZIP export method or the DATEV Buchungsdatenservice.
E115: The cash book must not become negative. Please switch off the cash minus check.
E116: Your DATEV connection has expired. Please reconnect to your DATEV client and try again.
E117: The DATEV service is currently not available. Please try again later.
E118: The authentication medium has lost authorization. Please reconnect your DATEV client in the DATEV settings and try again. If the error persists, please contact our support.
E119: The tax code is not supported by DATEV Unternehmen online.
E120: The DATEV servers might be facing too much load. Please try re-exporting. If it doesn't work, contact our support.
E121: This export has failed due to an incorrect cash ledger configuration.
Possible Reasons: The Cash Ledger Fiscal Year has been configured incorrectly. The cash ledger name in DATEV Kassenbuch online has Umlauts in its name.
E122: Corresponding cash ledger or the correct fiscal year doesn't exist
E123: The document has already been imported into another DATEV client.
To fix this issue, navigate to DATEV Unternehmen online Belegeingang, move the wrongly exported documents to the trash, and also delete them from the trash. Export the documents out of Candis again.
E124: This document causes the export failure, primarily due to the mime type issue of the file.
Cause: This is a faulty file format.
Solution: Check the document for errors and upload it again. This is usually because the ".pdf" extension is not present.
E125: This export has been rejected by DATEV. Possible Reasons: Empty PDF file or the PDF version of the file is 1.2 or below. Please correct it and try again.
