If you want to change the email address that you use for CANDIS, e.g. because you have changed your name or the domain name of your company has changed, you can do this yourself in CANDIS.
Click on your name in the top right corner and then on "My Profile" to get to your profile.
You can now adjust your email address here:
We will send a confirmation email to your new email address. Please click the confirmation button to complete the change. Please note that we also send an email to your old email address for security reasons.
You can now log into your CANDIS account with the new email address and your existing password.
