Candis Credit Cards can only be created and managed with the user role "Card Manager".
In the "Credit cards" menu on the left, you can display all credit cards.
In this menu item, you can now easily see all credit cards of all users. New credit card requests and requested changes to existing credit cards (e.g. limit changes) are displayed at the top of the list.
Here you can also view (above the table) the current usage of your total credit limit for your billing period, as well as create new cards.
Using the filter and sorting icons, you can easily display the list according to your wishes, just like with your invoices, and thus narrow down the overview.
You can easily confirm or reject the requested changes of your colleagues.
Issue credit cards:
If you want to create a new credit card for an employee, you can simply click on the "Create new card" button at the top right.
We are differentiating three type of cards:
Virtual Credit Cards:
Virtual credit cards: Candis virtual cards are issued as Visa Platinum Business credit cards. They can be used for e-commerce and other online transactions such as payment for SaaS tools or hotels, anywhere Visa cards are accepted online. Virtual cards are issued instantly and do not need to be activated. Each employee can be issued multiple virtual cards as needed for different purposes, projects and merchants.One time virtual Credit Cards:
Candis virtual cards are issued as Visa Platinum business credit cards. The one-time use virtual card is deactivated after the first successful payment. After that, the card can no longer be used, but refunds can still be received for up to 3 months. Virtual cards are issued instantly and do not need to be activated. Each employee can be issued multiple virtual cards as needed for different purposes, projects and merchants.
Physical Credit Cards:
The physical card is a Visa Platinum business credit card. This physical card can be used by any of your employee:s for all types of business card transactions worldwide and online, anywhere Visa cards are accepted. The physical cards are usually shipped within 3-4 business days and must be activated by the cardholder via the Candis web app.
In addition to a validity period, you can also assign a monthly limit and a transaction limit. The card name helps you later to understand why this card was issued to the respective employee (e.g. trade fair Hamburg),
