When you add a mobile number to your Candis profile, we send a one-time password (OTP) by SMS to verify your number. SMS delivery is only supported for the countries listed below. If your number is from a country not on this list, you will not receive the SMS.

What to do if your country is not supported
If you are unable to receive SMS codes, you can still log in to Candis by switching to an alternative two-factor authentication method. However, please note that this does not apply to credit card payments — see below.
Log in to Candis.
Go to your profile (click your name in the bottom left) → Account → Security.
Select Authenticator app → Add.
Download an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
Follow the on-screen steps to link the app to your account.
Switching to an authenticator app resolves login (2FA) only. It does not replace SMS for credit card payments.
Credit card payments
Candis credit cards use Visa 3D Secure for payment verification, which currently only supports SMS. There is no alternative method for card payments at this time — a verified mobile number from a supported country is required to use Candis credit cards.
