In the menu item "Contacts" you can view, edit, archive and merge all previously created contacts as "Administrator" or "Requester", if contacts have been created twice. To merge contacts, select them in the list and then click on "Merge contacts".
In the window that appears, you will see both contacts that are to be merged. You can choose, which contact should be kept or you can even create a new name.
Archiving contacts
To archive a contact, select them from the list and go to ‘Archive contact’. Alternatively, you can open the contact and click on ‘Archive’ in the edit form.
You can see all archived contacts in the ‘Archived’ tab. You can also reactivate them there if necessary. To do so, simply select the contact and click on ‘Activate contact’.
Change history
You can now also find the history for each contact. There you can see all changes – who changed what and when. The history is available for changes made since 1 August 2024.
