We hate to let you go. This article explains how you cancel the Candis service.
Within the money-back guarantee
Within the money-back guarantee, you cancel your Candis account with immediate effect, without giving any reason. We refund your money without any ifs or buts. If you cancel your account during the test phase, back up all your data beforehand, since we irrevocably delete your account and all your data on the same day.
After the money-back guarantee
Our notice period is three months before the contract renews.
You can send us your notice of termination without giving a reason. We delete your data on the following day upon request; otherwise, we store the data for you for 10 years. If you'd like to receive a copy of all data stored with us, contact us so we can coordinate the process.
Using other services through Candis (e.g. GetMyInvoices)
If you use other services from our partners that are billed through us, your cancellation also affects these services. We then cancel these services for you as well. If you want to continue using them, let us know in good time.
How do you cancel?
You send us your notice of termination via chat or by email to support@candis.io. You then receive a confirmation by email.
