DATEV allows a maximum file size of 20 MB. Since we export the audit trail in addition to the PDF of the invoice, documents in Candis cannot be larger than 19 MB.
As a rule, however, 19 MB should be more than sufficient. Here are a few hints for handling documents that are nevertheless larger.
The document was scanned in extremely high quality. Check the settings of the scanner. To be able to process documents in Candis, 300 dpi in color is sufficient.
The document has unusually many pages. Here a download of the document can help. Most PDF viewers offer the possibility to save PDF files with reduced file size.
