When processing invoices, CANDIS tries to extract the contact of the invoice. If there is already an identical or similar contact, CANDIS suggests it. This happens even if the contact was not read out quite correctly.

  • Spaces, hyphens and other special characters are ignored

  • Company abbreviations and legal forms are taken into account

  • Typos and character transpositions are taken into account

  • Insensitivity to upper and lower case letters
