You contact a hotline, wait for what feels like an eternity and in the end you are connected to the wrong employee or the problem cannot be solved directly.
Since your and our time is precious, we do not offer a direct hotline. Nevertheless, telephone support for more complex issues is no problem!
Please contact us through the channels described above and describe your issue as precisely as possible. We may also have short written queries to make our appointment as productive as possible.
After that we will make an appointment. This can usually take place on the same day or the following day.
