In the new offering you can choose from 3 packages: Basic, Plus or Max.
The packages differ in terms of the functions they include, a detailed overview can be found at the bottom of the article.
The prices of the packages are based exclusively on the invoice or document volume (contracts) of your company. The following services are included free of charge in all packages:
Unlimited users
Unlimited number of companies
Unlimited number of document attachments
Important: New features will only be available in these new packages. To obtain these features, you must upgrade to the corresponding package.
We are constantly developing the packages to ensure that the added value for our customers increases continuously without having to buy additional modules or add-ons.

FAQ
What happens to my current contract term if I switch to a new package?
You can switch to one of the new packages at any time, regardless of the contract term. Your contract term will not change when you switch, and any amounts already paid (for the remaining term) will of course be credited.
What happens if I want to stay with my current offer?
It is of course possible for you to keep your current offer (old package). However, you will not get access to new features and improvements. Your Candis will continue to function as before.
Which documents are charged by Candis?
Only uploaded invoices (receipts, travel expenses, out-of-pocket expenses) and contracts will be charged. Other documents such as quotations, delivery notes or payment confirmations that serve as attachments to invoices and contracts can be uploaded free of charge.
To what extent is it possible to switch between packages?
It is possible to switch to a higher package at any time; switching to a lower package is possible with two months' notice to the end of the contract term.
How much do the new packages cost?
The costs depend on your company's invoice and document volume. You can find an initial guide on our pricing page . Please note that this is only a rough estimate - possible discounts or benefits such as cashback (for credit cards) are not taken into account here.
