The notification center in the Candis app keeps your notifications in one place. You can filter for unread notifications or comments and mark all notifications as read at once.
Open the notification center
Open the mobile app and tap the bell icon in the header. The number on the bell icon shows how many unread notifications you have. The notification center only shows notifications for the organisation you’re currently in. The header also reflects the organisation’s name.
Filter your notifications
The notification center groups your notifications by month. Use the three filters to narrow down the view:
All: Shows all notifications for your currently selected organisation.
Unread: Shows only unread notifications.
Comments: Shows notifications about comments.
Note: Opening the notification center does not clear your notifications.
Mark all notifications as read
Tap Mark all as read in the top right corner of the notification center. This marks all notifications for your current organisation as read and resets the unread count to zero.
Receive new notifications while using the app
When a new notification arrives while you’re using the app, a banner appears within the app. The bell icon and unread counter also animate to draw your attention to new notifications.
