How do I mark in CANDIS that a document still has to be paid for?

With the help of the checkbox "Create transfer", the document is not only enabled for payment in CANDIS but also in DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen.

Important: If the checkbox is not selected, a payment lock is created for this entry in DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen. Your document cannot be transferred with this lock.

You have forgotten to mark "Create transfer" and the document has already been exported?

The payment lock is linked to the booking proposal and can be changed during booking with the key combination CTRL + O. In the "OPOS-Informationen" menu, you can set the item from "dauerhaft" to "keine Sperre".

After this change, this position can be paid via DATEV Zahlungsverkehr.

A document has already been paid for in advance? Then you can also pass on this status!

After approval and before export, you notice that this document has already been paid? Then simply add the "Paid" status to your document!

As soon as the status is changed to "Paid", the field "Paid on" is set to the day of the change. This field is customizable and if your payment date is different, you can simply enter it here. In addition, the checkbox "Create transfer" is removed.

If this document is exported afterward, then on the one hand the stamp "Bezahlt" is added to the document in DATEV, and on the other hand, the payment lock is activated. This means that this document cannot be paid in DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen.

Important: If the document has already been exported, the "Paid" status is not added in DATEV. The change must take place before the export.

TIP: Already used our filter function to show only documents that are ready for export? Just click on the funnel under Status and select "Approved". You won't change a "Paid" status that has already been exported! There are many other sorting and filtering functions available to you for further narrowing down.

Just give it a try!
