Document Management in Candis

With document management in Candis, you can centrally manage all audit-relevant financial documents – from invoices and contracts to quotes, order confirmations, purchase orders, and delivery notes.


What document management does

Automatic document recognition Candis classifies documents by type upon upload – such as invoice, delivery note, or contract. This reduces manual input and ensures consistent filing, regardless of who uploads the document.

Linked documents Related documents can be linked directly to each other – for example, a purchase order with its corresponding delivery note and invoice. This makes the entire business transaction traceable in one place.

Full-text search and filters In the archive, you can find documents using full-text search or filters – even if you only know a term from the document content.

GoBD-compliant retention Candis stores all documents in a GoBD-compliant manner for 10 years in the cloud, on servers in Germany. Every change and every access is automatically recorded in the document history.

The 10-year retention is included at no extra cost and remains in effect even after cancelling Candis.
