"No clients found" is displayed when connecting if
no DATEV client is available,
the DATEV authentication medium does not have access to any client, or
the authentication medium (SmartCard, mIDentity) is not connected to the PC.
If there is no client, we have linked a DATEV instruction here (Unfortunately, DATEV instructions are only available in German).
If a client exists, but the authentication medium does not have access, then the authentication medium must be assigned the "Belege online" permission in the DATEV rights management.
