As Candis is web-based software and you do not need to install the application, the internet browser is your operating system, so to speak.
Candis is optimized for the Google Chrome browser, so we recommend that all users work with a Chromium-based browser to avoid display errors, for example.
The following browsers work:

Please make sure that the browser is always running the latest version.
The use of the Google Chrome browser has now become established to the extent that it is also officially supported by DATEV

In addition to a stable Internet connection, we recommend a computer with sufficient RAM.
The 4GB RAM is no longer enough today and is quickly used up, which is why we recommend at least 8GB, preferably 16GB RAM, so that Candis runs smoothly alongside other programs.
