Candis

Candis is web-based software – there is nothing to install. You work directly in your browser. To make sure everything runs smoothly, we recommend meeting the following requirements.

Candis is optimized for Chromium-based browsers. We recommend using one of the following:

- Google Chrome (recommended)
- Microsoft Edge

Note: Always keep your browser up to date. Outdated versions can cause display errors.

Google Chrome has become the standard browser for web-based accounting software and is officially supported by DATEV.

In addition to a stable internet connection, we recommend a computer with sufficient RAM:

- Minimum: 8 GB RAM
- Recommended: 16 GB RAM

With only 4 GB of RAM, Candis often does not run smoothly alongside other open programs. With 8 GB or more, you will have a noticeably better experience.
