1. Open Candis settings
Open Candis and go to Settings. Select the Cal section.
2. Select the Microsoft Teams integration
In the Cal section, you will see Microsoft Teams as an available integration. This integration allows you to receive notifications and interact directly with the Candis AI from your Microsoft Teams organization.
3. Connect Microsoft Teams
Click connect Microsoft Teams. Candis will automatically redirect you to the Slack authorization page:
4. Select a Microsoft Teams organization
In the Microsoft Teams you dialog, , sign in with your Microsoft account.
5. Confirm the Connection
Click Allow to confirm the connection. Microsoft Teams will then redirect you back to Candis.
6. Check the successful connection
After being redirected to Candis, the Candis AI → Microsoft Teams section shows the status Connected. The Disconnect button also appears.
This status confirms that Candis is successfully connected to the selected Microsoft Teams organization.
Use Cal in Microsoft Teams
Nach After connecting, you can use Candis AI directly in Microsoft Teams.
Talk to Cal
Open Microsoft Teams and search for @Cal. You can mention the Candis AI in channels or direct messages and ask questions.
Receive notifications
Cal then automatically informs you and your team about important events, for example:
missing receipts for transactions
pending invoice approvals
any kind of invoice information
Responses and notifications appear in real time in Microsoft Teams.
