"No clients found" is displayed when connecting if

  • no DATEV client is available,

  • the DATEV authentication medium does not have access to any client, or

  • the authentication medium (SmartCard, mIDentity) is not connected to the PC.

If there is no client, we have linked a DATEV instruction here (Unfortunately, DATEV instructions are only available in German).

If a client exists, but the authentication medium does not have access, then the authentication medium must be assigned the "Belege online" permission in the DATEV rights management.
