RDS 1.0 is a DATEV cloud service and enables the transfer of document record data (account assignment, invoice number, amount, etc.) to DATEV Unternehmen online (DUO). It needs to be ordered for the DUO client/s and the authentication of the users (mail addresses) have to placed in DATEV.
Note: It happens that the RDS 1.0 is already accessible to all clients, but the rights for the usage are missing.
Authorization for the usage can be provided by a DATEV admin.
RDS 1.0 can be activated here.

Required settings can be done easily and conveniently via the MyDATEV client registration (MyDATEV Mandantenregistrierung).
What to do:
Open DATEV workplace
Select the tenant to be changed.
Go to "MyDATEV Client Registration" via program search right-handed on the screen
The name of the company is displayed in the next menu.
5. Click "Start registration".
Now select the product "Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0".
An employee is missing?
-> You can register the missing employee here and apply for a SmartLogin at the same time.
By clicking on "Continue to order" you can complete the ordering process.
You will now receive a summary of the order. What is left is to accept the DATEV terms and conditions and the service description and click on "Order with costs".
Next is the possibility to assign rights to future users.
-> Select the user on the left and enter the tasks on the right, which will be the fitting one for the user in DUO.
Once you have completed the order, the change will be activated immediately.
-> Now go back to Candis and select "disconnect" + "connect" again in the settings:
