Work with the delivery date

In addition to the invoice date, a delivery date can be entered. In DATEV, services can thus be booked on a periodic accounting basis.

Delivery date in DATEV Unternehmen online

To activate the delivery date in DATEV Unternehmen online, the field "Delivery date" must be activated in the entry mask of the incoming or outgoing invoice.

Delivery date in DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen

To activate the delivery date in DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, it must be shown in the booking line. More about this in the DATEV Lexinform article Leistungsdatum nutzen (Überblick).

Important: Even if the delivery date is not activated in DATEV Unternehmen online, it will still be transferred. So if it is activated in DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, the values will still be transferred from Candis.
