Within the 30-day money back guarantee:

Within the 30-day money-back guarantee, you can cancel your CANDIS account with immediate effect without giving any reason. We will refund your money without any ifs and buts. If you cancel your account within the trial period, we ask you to back up all data if necessary, as we will irrevocably delete your account with all data on the same day.

After the trial period:

Our cancellation periods vary depending on the payment method:

Our cancellation period for a monthly payment method is four (4) weeks to the end of the month.

For an annual payment method, the notice period is two (2) months prior to contract renewal.

Your cancellation can be received by us without giving any reason. Your data will be deleted on the following day if requested, otherwise we will keep the data for you for 10 years.

Use of other services via CANDIS (e.g. GetMyInvoices):

If you use other services from our partners whose invoicing is carried out via us, your termination will also affect these services. We will then cancel these services. If you wish to continue using these services, please let us know in good time.
