Unlock card in Candis
Open the card in Candis and select "Unlock card". This will also display the PIN again.
Go to an ATM
Visit an ATM of your bank or another provider.Insert your locked credit card
Insert your card into the ATM as usual.Select an action that requires PIN entry
Choose an option where you need to enter your PIN, such as "Withdraw cash."Enter the correct PIN
Now, enter the correct PIN that you may have entered incorrectly before.
Result:
Once you enter the correct PIN, the number of incorrect attempts will be reset, and your card will be unlocked. However, no transaction, such as cash withdrawal, will take place, and the process will be canceled.
