Establishing a Connection between Desk.SageConnect and Candis
Instructions for Connecting Sage100 with Candis
Open Desk.SageConnect: Launch the Desk.SageConnect application and log in using your Sage100 credentials.
Navigate to Candis API:
In the left navigation menu, under Import, select Desk GmbH Candis API.
Establish the Connection:
Click on the Desk GmbH Candis API Task tab to initiate the connection process.
Click the Anmelden button. The API-Anmeldung menu will open.
Click on Loginseite aufrufen to proceed.
Log in to Candis:
You will be redirected to Candis. Enter your login credentials there.
Select the organization you wish to connect.
The API key will then be displayed. Click Kopieren to save the key to your clipboard.
Insert the API Key:
Return to the API-Anmeldung menu in Desk.SageConnect and paste the copied API key.
Finally, click Anmelden to complete the process.
Save the Connection:
To finalize, you need to save the connection. Click on Speichern above the Desk GmbH Candis API Task tab.
