What to do if my support chat in Candis is not visible.

To ensure that you can access the Candis support chat, you may need to disable the pop-up blocker in your browser. Here is a detailed guide on how to do this for the most common browsers:

Google Chrome

  • Open Chrome on your computer.

  • Click on the three dots menu (⋮) in the upper right corner and select Settings.

  • Scroll down and click on Privacy and Security.

  • Click on Site Settings.

  • Scroll down to the Permissions section and click on Pop-ups and Redirects.

  • Toggle the switch from Blocked (recommended) to Allowed. To allow pop-ups only for Candis, click on Add next to Allow and enter https://my.candis.io.

Mozilla Firefox

  • Open Firefox on your computer.

  • Click on the three lines menu (≡) in the upper right corner and select Settings.

  • Select Privacy & Security from the menu on the left.

  • Scroll down to the Permissions section and uncheck Block pop-up windows.

  • Click on Exceptions and enter the URL https://my.candis.io to allow pop-ups specifically for this site.

Apple Safari (Mac)

  • Open Safari on your Mac.

  • Click on Safari in the menu bar and then on Settings.

  • Switch to the Websites tab.

  • Click on Pop-up Windows in the sidebar.

  • Next to https://my.candis.io, select Allow from the dropdown menu.

Microsoft Edge

  • Open Edge on your computer.

  • Click on the three dots menu (…) in the upper right corner and select Settings.

  • Click on Cookies and Site Permissions.

  • Scroll down to Pop-ups and Redirects.

  • Toggle the switch from Block (default setting) to Off, or add https://my.candis.io to the allowed sites to enable pop-ups only for this site.

Opera

  • Open Opera on your computer.

  • Click on the Opera menu in the upper left corner and select Settings.

  • Click on Privacy & Security.

  • Scroll down to Pop-ups and select Allow pop-ups, or add https://my.candis.io to the exceptions.

If the device you are using is managed by an IT department or a network administration, you might not have the necessary permissions to change the settings of the pop-up blocker yourself. In this case, your network administrator or IT department can grant access to the Candis support chat by allowing pop-ups for the specific URL https://my.candis.io.
