Explanation:
The link between Candis and DATEV can only be established with an authentication medium. During each export process, the authentication medium is checked again to see whether the medium has the right to execute the interface.
If this medium loses the rights in the online rights management or the interface is canceled, the export is not carried out even if the connection is successful.
Solution:
The rights of the authentication medium for the interface are missing. Click here to go to DATEV's online rights management to check the rights. The online rights management can only be opened with the necessary rights for your authentication medium.
If the rights are available, then try to reconnect the connection in Candis under Settings > DATEV integration with your authentication medium and then restart the export.
